Cervélo Áspero Apex - Dusty Unicorn

Fast gravel. Wide-range mechanical shifting.

The Cervélo Áspero is a gravel bike with the responsive feel of a road bike and the capability to explore beyond the bitumen. Its carbon frame balances efficient power transfer with comfort for longer rides, making it a versatile choice for fast gravel loops, mixed-surface training and race days.

Dropped seat stays and a more forgiving front end help reduce fatigue on rough surfaces. A T47a threaded bottom bracket, SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger and neater cable routing add practical refinements, while improved mud clearance helps when conditions change.

This Apex mechanical build pairs straightforward cable-operated shifting with a 46T single chainring and a wide-range 11–50T cassette. Vision Team 30 Disc wheels, 45 mm WTB Vulpine tyres and an alloy cockpit complete a build ready for rolling gravel roads, sealed connecting sections and longer days exploring.
