The Factor ONE represents a new approach to the modern aero road bike. Developed using knowledge gained from Factor's HANZŌ Track program and OSTRO VAM, the ONE has been engineered around one objective: outright speed.

Its distinctive wide-stance bayonet fork, narrow head tube and integrated front end manage airflow around the front wheel and rider, while the geometry has been developed specifically around the more aggressive positions now used in professional road racing.

Factor's aerodynamic testing places the ONE more than 8% faster than the OSTRO VAM, with its advantage maintained across a broad range of yaw angles.

Paired with SRAM RED AXS electronic shifting, integrated power measurement and your choice of compatible wheel configuration, this is Factor's flagship aero road racing package.

Extreme Aerodynamics

The front of the ONE is unlike a conventional road bike.

Factor's wide-stance bayonet fork and distinctive front fairing have been designed to control the disturbed airflow generated by the rotating front wheel before it reaches the frame and rider.

The design is the result of extensive CFD development, wind-tunnel testing and Factor's experience developing both the HANZŌ Track and OSTRO VAM platforms.

Factor reports the ONE as more than 8% faster than the OSTRO VAM, with the aerodynamic advantage maintained from 0 to 15 degrees of yaw.

The result is a race bike designed not simply to reduce drag in ideal conditions, but to maintain its aerodynamic efficiency across the changing wind angles encountered on the road.

SRAM RED AXS

SRAM RED AXS complements the ONE with SRAM's flagship wireless electronic road groupset.

Fast, precise electronic shifting combines with hydraulic disc braking and a clean wireless cockpit, while the RED power meter provides accurate power data directly from the crankset.

For riders training and racing with power, the integrated system removes the need to add a separate power meter after purchase and keeps the complete build exceptionally clean.

A Cockpit Designed Around the Modern Race Position

One of the most important differences between the ONE and a conventional road bike is its cockpit.

Rather than using a traditional stem and handlebar arrangement, Factor has developed a dedicated integrated system that allows the rider's reach to be adjusted without relying on excessively long conventional stems.

Five cockpit sizes correspond approximately with traditional stem lengths from 110 mm through to 150 mm. High-rise options and up to 15 mm of spacers provide additional adjustment, giving riders a broad range of possible positions while maintaining the aerodynamic integrity of the front end.

All ONE handlebars are 38 cm wide.

This makes selecting the correct frame and cockpit combination particularly important when ordering a Factor ONE.

Modern Race Geometry

The ONE has been developed around the way modern professional riders position themselves on the bike: narrower handlebars, shorter cranks, more forward saddle positions and longer effective reach.

Factor has adjusted the geometry accordingly to maintain predictable handling and weight distribution even with these aggressive positions.

The adjustable seatpost head allows approximately 73.5° or 76° effective seat tube positioning, providing further flexibility when establishing the rider's preferred position.

Aero Performance Without Sacrificing Tyre Choice

Despite its extreme aerodynamic design, the ONE has been optimised around modern road tyre volumes.

Frame and fork clearance accommodates tyres measuring up to 34 mm wide, allowing riders to choose larger-volume tyres for reduced rolling resistance, additional grip and improved comfort without moving away from the bike's intended aerodynamic design.
