Powered by the compact and quiet TQ HPR60 motor with a 580Wh removable battery, the MTe delivers natural assistance without taking away the feel, handling or agility of a genuine mountain bike.

A Mountain Bike First

The Yeti MTe was built to shred first. Everything else, including the motor, was designed to complement the ride.

Its TQ HPR60 drive system provides up to 350 watts of smooth, responsive assistance while remaining quiet and unobtrusive on the trail. Yeti’s Sixfinity suspension delivers the traction and control the brand is known for, helping the MTe feel planted through rough terrain while remaining lively and easy to handle.

Trail-Focused Geometry

Yeti developed the MTe using elements of Richie Rude’s race-proven SB160 and the versatile SB140 trail bike.

The result is balanced, confidence-inspiring geometry that performs whether the bike is set up with full 29-inch wheels or in a mixed-wheel configuration. Despite the additional motor and battery weight, the MTe remains composed, agile and ready to be pushed hard.
